Integration & Process Visibility: Industrial automation plays as a solid foundation for future business process Improvement initiative. In many instances, individual automation is done and what is lacking is integration of disparate systems. The shop floor Control systems or machine automation PLCs shall be integrated in a seamless way through Industry proven Integration platforms like SCADA. Utilizing the Integration platform, we shall be able to track the entire manufacturing process operations of different sites in one common view. For example, each of the production subsystem may have individual HMIs which are standalone and if we combine such each view into one production overall view it really helps.
